If you are having display problems, freezes, or crashes within the game, the first thing you must do is update the drivers of your graphic card. First, you must know the type of video card you have as well as the company who made it (see section Your PC - dxdiag). You must visit the company's web site to obtain the updated driver for your graphic card. Follow the installation instructions. If you do not find the driver or the company's web site, refer to the documentation for your graphic card, provided with the purcase of your PC.
